Fall 2008 Registation Information
Registration Begins July 18th!!!!

Where: Community Bank and Trust, Community Center, Neosho, MO
When: July 31, from 5:00-8:00 pm and August 2, from 10:00-4:00pm
and also by appointment.

The following documents need to be completed for each athlete registering for the fall 2008 season:
MOFC Membership Form (PDF)
MOFC Medical Release Form (PDF)
Registration will be $35 plus the cost of two uniform kits per athlete.
