Reminder: August Board Meeting

The next Board Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 9th at 12 noon. The meeting will be held at the Community Bank and Trust, Community Center in front of Wal-Mart in Neosho. As always all parents are invited to attend as we will be discussing various important items for the upcoming season including player registration schedule, fundraising, and game schedules.

Are the minutes from the last two meetings posted? I can’t seem to find them and I am not sure if I am looking in the right place.

The meeting minutes are located in Resources/League Documents. The June 25 and July 12 minutes are awaiting formatting from the Secretary. Once they are complete they will be posted.

Chris now has the minutes from June & July meeting and they should be posted shortly. I have not recieved any from the August meeting! Thanks Michelle
