MOFC Registration News Release (PDF)

Where: Community Bank and Trust, Community Center, Neosho, MO
When: July 31, from 5:00-8:00 pm and August 2, from 10:00-4:00pm
and also by appointment.

The following documents need to be completed for each athlete registering for the fall 2008 season:
MOFC Membership Form (PDF)
MOFC Medical Release Form (PDF)

Registration will be $35 plus the cost of two uniform kits per athlete.

All ages from 6-16 are invited and you do not have to be a resident of Neosho to tryout. Players from Neosho, Joplin, Webb City, Carthage, Carl Junction and surrounding areas are invited to come learn about this new club aimed at offering competitive soccer in the far Southwest region.

Please ensure that you are appropriately dressed for weather conditions and have shin guards. Also be sure to bring water or other source of hydration.
